How much are HOA dues?
The monthly HOA dues for the Mission Square HOA are $140 beginning January 2025.
Dues for the Alta Mesa parent HOA are $59 per quarter.
When and how are HOA dues paid?
Mission Square HOA dues are due on the 1st day of each month and are mailed to Metro Property Services, 150 E Alamo #3, Chandler, Az 85225 Checks should be made payable to Mission Square HOA.
Alta Mesa HOA dues are due on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October and are mailed to Alta Mesa Homeowners Association, C/O Empire Community Association, 1959 S Power Road #103-444 Mesa, Az 85206. Checks should be made payable to Alta Mesa HOA.
Can the Mission Square Ramada be rented?
Yes!  Contact our Social Committee Chairperson Sherianne Cowman to reserve the Ramada. While there is no charge to use the Ramada, there is a $100 cleaning deposit due at the time you make your reservation. The entire deposit will be returned to you if you thoroughly clean the Ramada after you use it. Click here Ramada Rental
How do I apply for an architectural change to my Mission Square townhome?
Fill out both the Mission Square and Alta Mesa ARC forms and bring both to any member of the Mission Square Architectural Review Committee. Registered members may click here for forms and may click here for a list of ARC members.
May I park in my driveway or on the street?
No, the Mission Square CC&R's specifically prohibit parking in driveways and on the street. This includes contractors.  If you are having work done on your home, please inform the contractors they must use guest parking. Please park in your garage or temporarily in a guest parking area.
When will my home be painted?

  SUMMER SEASON: (APRIL 1st, THROUGH OCTOBER 31st) 6 AM to 11 PM  
  WINTER SEASON: (NOVEMBER 1st THROUGH MARCH 31st) 8 AM TO 8 PM  
COUNTY ORDINANCE ACCESS TO THE POOL/RAMADA AREA IS PROHIBITED WHEN POOL IS COVERED, GATES WILL BE LOCKED    
 OCCUPANCY RESTRICTED TO MISSION SQUARE RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY
 NO GLASS OF ANY KIND PERMITTED IN ENTIRE POOL/RAMADA AREA - INFRACTIONS MAY RESULT IN FINE  
 NO BALLOONS ARE ALLOWED 
 PLEASE KEEP NOISE LEVELS TO A MINIMUM - BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS
